Urszula Tarasiewicz / United in Breath
– certified breathing trainer and educator.
I am an instructor of
the Dr. Buteyko Breathing Method
and free diver Stig Severinsen's Breatheology Method.
I also completed neuroscience training at the port.
And I use these methods to address the adverse nerve.
Practice stress management and pressure control.
My adventure with breathing training arose from the need to cope with burnout and a lack of physical energy.
"Teach what you need."
I am a photographer by profession and graduated from the National Film School in Lodz.
Currently, I am passionate about breathing and neurology techniques to achieve balance and connection with myself, meaning understanding what is happening to me physically and mentally.
I want to teach others how to be independent in self-therapy. I teach about the natural mechanisms in our bodies. How to shape and take action in our life, not just react to problems.
I found solutions in breathing techniques and neurological exercises dedicated to stress relief and caring for my own body. I don't exercise muscles and body systems, but the brain, which governs them.
Life energy now flows easily with breathing.
I help people regain peace, energy, and balance through conscious breathing. I specialize in breathing education that supports the performance and health of the respiratory system, improved sleep quality, and mental balance.
I am fascinated by the power and subtlety of breathing
its impact on the nervous system, emotions, pulse and heart rate, body tension, and regeneration. Through breathwork, I find stability and control over my life.
