Meet Instructor Ula Tara

Hello, I am Ula Tara, a certified breathing trainer and educator specializing in the Dr. Buteyko Breathing Method and Stig Severinsen's Breatheology. My expertise lies in scientific education of breathing that enhances respiratory efficiency and health, improves sleep quality, and promotes mental equilibrium.

Both methods are scientifically developed and combine medical and sports experience with techniques used for centuries in natural medicine in the East.

I am also fascinated by neuroscience and brain plasticity related to sports and stress, and I am in the process of completing certificates related to this topic.
